Alex built this company with determination, vision, and an unwavering commitment to protecting Kiwis going through the challenges of employment disputes. His leadership and drive have shaped Sacked Kiwi into New Zealand’s pre-eminent employee advocacy service.
Alex’s legacy continues through the Sacked Kiwi mission. We remain steadfast in our fight for Kiwi workers to be treated fairly and with dignity.
The business is in excellent shape. Our no-win-no-fee model, approachable style and laser focus on our client is a winning proposition. Thousands of Kiwi employees have secured fair and just treatment because of our work. We continue to expand our offering deeper into New Zealand.
Austin Mortimer has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Austin was a close friend of Alex and brings extensive leadership experience, having previously served as CEO of Rockit Global Limited, Managing Director of NZ Regeneration Investment Group, and CIO for Alevet Investments. His proven track record positions Sacked Kiwi for continued growth and stability.
A process is also underway for planning and governance measures to ensure continuity and long-term strength. We will update when these details are confirmed.
