If you feel like you have been unfairly dismissed, please let us know. An employer has to get both the process AND the substance (reason for dismissal) right. And the onus is on them to prove they have been a fair and reasonable employer. If it feels wrong, it probably is.
No win, no fee
No win, no fee means if we don’t get you money, you don’t pay a cent. We also cover any costs incurred through the process until there’s a resolution. If we don’t win, you don’t pay a cent.
We may charge an hourly rate for disciplinary meetings, but we would expect your employer to cover this cost. All costs are discussed up front.
